As a new client, you will start by filling out our Sign Up Form. This form is just to contact us and get paired with a pet sitter, no obligations at all.

After we receive your Sign Up Form, we will contact you to find out more about your needs and pair you with the best pet sitter pawsible!

You will then be set up with a free account for easy scheduling, payments, and instant messaging with our team

Next, a Top Dawg Pet Sitter will come over for a free meet & greet. This is a great opportunity to ensure we are the correct fit for your family, and that your family is a great fit for us!

After your meet & greet, you will submit scheduling requests via your online account or the mobile app, and you will be a part of the Top Dawg Family!

After each visit, clients receive automatic updates via our app. These updates include the GPS tracking of our visit, as well as any photos and notes taken
